Seminar Policy

Please send checks for seminar registrations to: Conewago Carver Seminars, 20 Spruce Court, Manchester, PA 17345.
Checks must be made out to Conewago Carvers.
Because we have to make a commitment on number of students to the instructor, a 50% deposit is due at the time you sign up for the seminar. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the seminar. This 50% deposit is non-refundable and not transferrable unless:
-The instructor cancels the seminar.
-Cancellations or closures as ordered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
-In compelling circumstances, refunds may be provided at the discretion of the Seminar committee. All decisions by the committee are final.
In addition to the 50% deposit, any balance paid for the cost of the seminar will also be refunded under the scenarios described above.
If a student drops a class within the 60 day window, the cost of the seminar is not refundable and not transferrable unless there is someone on the waiting list to replace the student. In this case, 50% of the seminar cost that was paid will be refunded/transferred.
By signing up for the seminar, you are agreeing to all terms and policies outlined. You also acknowledge that you have been provided information that will enable you to have a safe and enjoyable seminar experience.
All seminars are held in the Conewago Carvers room in the East Berlin Community Center, 405 North Avenue, East Berlin PA.
