A 50% deposit is due at the time you sign-up for seminar.  The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the class.  Because we have to make a firm commitment to our instructors, the deposit is non-refundable unless there is someone on the waiting list to fill your spot or you have someone to fill your spot.

Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis.  If a class is full, your name will be placed on a waiting list.

We will hold your spot in the seminar for one (1) week.  If we haven't received your deposit by then, your name will be removed and your spot will go to the next person on the list.

All deposits/payments will be fully refundable if is a cancellations/closure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, EBACC and/or the instructor due to COVID-19.  Otherwise, all other standard cancellation terms apply.

All seminars are held in the Conewago Carvers room in the East Berlin Community Center, 405 North Avenue, East Berlin PA except as noted.
